The U.S. Green Building Council has recently awarded LEED Gold status to Redgate for space built out at 265 Franklin Street, Boston. The LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is a green building certification program that recognizes projects for high performance green buildings. There are four levels of certification – Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum – awarded based on the number of points a project earns in specified categories.

Working with Dyer Brown Architects and C3 Engineers, Garland created a new 8,000 SF space which includes executive offices, open plan offices, a lounge and collaboration space, and two large conference rooms utilizing sustainable, energy efficient and innovative materials and processes.
